Dunford House is a stunning Grade II Listed village house with mature gardens dating back to the 17th Century. It is set in the beautiful village of Langford, just 5 miles from Burford, one of the "Gateways to the Cotswolds". Featuring original features throughout, period charm and thoughtful luxury intersperse with modern amenities to a very luxurious standard.

Dunford House sleeps 10 across 5 available bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A versatile and ever pretty location, it is easily accessed via the M40 and A40 from London.

Location Hire:

Set in a quintessentially Cotswold idyll, Dunford House has been recently renovated and remodelled with film and photographic location hire in mind. Whilst keeping the charming features of the past, the house has been filled with antiques and eccentric finds, mixed with an exceptional standard of design and modernity to provide a myriad of spacious options for shooting indoors.

With mature trees and borders, patios, pond, and formal and informal garden areas, Dunford House also offers a multitude of options for shooting outdoors.

The property offers generous off-street parking for crew and production vehicles. There is also a well-appointed kitchen on site.

Corporate Retreats & Home Stays:

This country house makes the ideal location for corporate retreats, away days and events, along with special occasions and gatherings of friends and family. Warmer months give you lazy days on sunloungers amongst the roses and long lunches in the best local pubs and restaurants. Winter months offer cosy evenings playing games in front of open fires and curling up with books on window seats.

The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality Egyptian cotton linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week.
